Did you know that best by dates aren’t a label to determinate the safety of food? Did you know that the dates printed are not required by any federal law? 85% of Americans don’t understand those labels, which is leading to a lot of wasted food and money!

Enter Snack With Me! We’re here to help people learn that those foods are 100% safe to eat and enjoy! With our subscription service, we send close dated or slightly past BEST BY dated foods. You’ll receive a large box FULL of a variety of sweet and savory snacks. All completely safe, and completely YUMMY! You’ll enjoy those snacks even more knowing they’re not being wasted and adding to the problem!

A break down of terms:
Best By – food is freshest and tastiest right around this date.
Sell By – is used by grocers to manage the sale and display of food.
Use By – the latest date for actually consuming before the quality and taste start to diminish.

None of these terms used on food are mandatory, and none of them have anything to do with the safety of the food.
